A carving knife is used to slice thin cuts of meat such as poultry, roasts, hams and other large cooked meats. The blade is thinner than a chef's knife for more precise slices of meat.
GLOBAL knives are made in Japan from the finest stainless steel material. The blades utilise CROMOVA 18 stainless steel, Ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56- 58 which holds a razor sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion.
